What are your shipping rates?

Purchases less than $19.99 – shipping is $4.99
Purchases of $20.00 to $49.99 – shipping is $7.50
Purchases over $50.00 – shipping is FREE

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will arrive within 7-14 days depending on the destination.

Can I add items to my order after it's been placed?

Sorry, you cannot add on to your order once it has been placed. Please place another separate order if you would like to add on items.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, this shop only ships in the United States.

Can I have my book personally inscribed?

Yes. Below the book title on the right hand side of the page there's an open box to insert your inscription.

What is your policy on Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Shipping?

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Before any return, please send us an email at mark@markjasher.com.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: We will gladly replace items if they are broken or were damaged during shipping. The policy for defective or damaged goods is 30 days, so please reach out to us within that timeframe. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at (enter email), and provide photos of your damaged item, including the packaging if possible. *Note that autographed books cannot be refunded due to their custom nature.

Shipping: We are not responsible for packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address being entered by the buyer placing the order. Buyer must cover the cost of re-shipment, as undeliverable items or incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of this shop.
